Drink was made wrong. Asked for light cream and was given extra cream. Coffee was almost white.I know, Starbucks offers a guarantee on their drinks and will remake them. The bad thing is that the employees aren't happy with me when I ask them to remake the drink.
I NEVER leave reviews, but I had to warn people on what a waste of money this was. Walking in the vibe was fine, but when ordering it’s a completely different story. First they were out of pumpkin, which isn’t there fault. They offered to make the drink with vanilla which was fine, but they didn’t ask for a size. Same thing happened with the other drink, they didn’t ask for a size. The barista said $15.98 which was a bit weird for what I though was to grade drinks. I paid, and they didn’t ask for a name or if I wanted my receipt. After picking up the drinks, one was the wrong size. The Starbucks itself was fine but the service sucked!
Made me a flat white with rotten milk. It was great!!! Thats it just a terrible drink that almost made me puke!!
The barista who took our order was fantastic! We're from out of town, and she was so enthusiastic as she answered our questions and gave us some great recommendations on places to visit. Our conversation with her was definitely a bright spot in our day!
