Rock Bottom Brewery - Meridian Station

This location is very understaffed we attempted to go a couple of weeks ago and had to leave because there was no one to seat you. We decided to give it another try one weekday afternoon that was significantly less busy. We were sat quickly however we had to search for our waitress mutiple times as she would randomly appear every 20-30 mins and then MIA. To the point where we had to remind her of our appetizer which came out cold bc it was likely forgotten in the kitchen and we decided to not get a main course as getting the appetizer took nearly an hour.

The food, the drinks were great! The well shots were $8 each so that kind of sucks and it took 15 minutes for any interaction with the server so it took 2 hours for 3 drinks

For 100$ a meal, I expect better. The food wasn't the best, at least the appetizers weren't. And why did my house salad come out with eggs and bits of feta on it when thats not listed on the menu, AT ALL. I wouldnt have ordered it if it did. The service is slow and for the lack of business it was kinda ridiculous. You barely can find a server half the time despite how slow it was. And honestly, shut the doors to your restaurant because I could barely enjoy my meal while being dive bombed by flies. If you're gonna charge that much for food at a restaurant, do better fr.

It used to be good. Now it really is rock bottom . Fren and I have been going here since before the pandemic, and I never had to ask for plates (for appetizers), or napkins/silverware. I should not have to explain how a successful restaurant works. We shan 't be back. Enjoy subpar service/food/beer. We 'll find a better place to hang out.

Food was not as good as it 's been in past years. Menu seems much smaller than it used to be years ago and items that say new seem like a worse version than in years past. I ordered Cajun fish tacos that were not Cajun and they strangely came with french fries.The service and atomosphere was great though!
