Service is slow but the Gator Balls are off the hook.

Nice restaurant. Service needs improvement. Didn't bring plates with appetizer. Didn't come back until the meal was complete. Food was not what I expected for the price. My friend and I both had the patty melt. The Hamburger was half the size of the bread there were more onions than meat .I don't think I will go back. I don't drink the food was not worth it. To bad because it looks really nice inside.

My friends and I went to go have some food during there happy hour we arrived at 4:30 and as soon as we walked in it took them at least a whole 2 minutes to seat us down. As soon as we were seated they took so long to even take our drink or even our order me my friends wait for at least 30 minutes to see if we would be helped never got helped so we left at 5:00pm then had the server we were supposed to have had the nerve to smile at us as we were leaving very much didn’t appreciate there service at all

Food was mediocre at best. The server was nice, but had no clue about what was on the food, or beer menu. It 's not good when you order a pilsner, are promptly told by the server that the establishment does not have a pilsner, and then I point to the pilsner on the menu.Her response was, that one is very popular, without even a hint of irony. She really had no clue that she just said that specific beer was not sold at her job.I think we would have had a better experience sitting at the bar. Next time we 're at the movies we 'll try getting a beer at the bar. Definitely won 't be eating.Parking: Giant lot at the Northfield complex.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. I 'm pretty sure this is mandated by law now.
