Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was alsofilling the first customer's order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she'd be right back and went to preparemore ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception ofthe woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order had been taken. I said yes. After 7 or 8 minutes, I askedthe drive thru person if she could check on my order. Another woman came back and prepared the sandwiches with the chicken theyoung man had put in the oven as he spoke to me. No organization or communication. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.Meanwhile, the lobby hadn't been cleaned so I am not sure what these people were being paid to do.
I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes had to get down to be able to place an order. By the time I got inside all the workers were hanging out in the dining area. Horrible customer service. And they were out of almost everything in the menu
The food was okay, but there weren't many items available which caused some wait times. It was strange to see people hanging out in the restaurant without eating. The bathrooms were locked and several people had trouble trying to use them.
I am from Meriden and I have purchased a Sierra Mist drink for the second time. It tasted very disappointing and all of the sodas tasted like water.
The restaurant had bad quality and quantity of food, indicating that it may be going out of business. There was a long line and the drive-thru was so small that my car got stuck. The fries were only partially cooked and thrown in the bag carelessly. This was the worst KFC I have ever been to in Connecticut. Don't bother wasting your time here as it seems like the owner doesn't care about the business. The food was not fresh and there were small pieces of fried batter in it. It was a waste of money, I should have gone to McDonald's down the road where at least the food is hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes were bland and the meat was small and tasteless.
