It felt like the lobby was closed, and the manager appeared to be indifferent to customer needs. I noticed her chatting on the phone and with other staff members instead of assisting me. The service was disappointingly slow, taking longer than at many actual restaurants throughout my visit. The drive-thru microphone was also poor in quality. My food was often served cold, and it took at least five minutes just to place my order. This experience raises concerns about management—it's time to make a change and hire someone who can manage effectively.
If coupons are used from the app, the price is quite fair. burger kings eating is not everything to run to home, but I can not think of a restaurant that will give them a limo, a burger, pommes and nuggets for $5.
We waited almost an hour in a disgusting Burger King that is unsanitary,there was a condom in the bathroom sink and multiple people have walked in and out and nothing changed ,the floor is disgusting and the service here is horrid ,the meat is very mushy,we go up and it turns out they never took our order ,they never started cooking until we went up .1-5 not worth your time ... food was not worth it for the time we stayed
They are incredibly slow here the staff was very snotty it took well over 15 minutes with 1 person Infront of me to place and receive my order
The cashier was actually nice. They took my coupon which was a surprise because so many BK"s don"t honor the coupons they mail me. I don't have much bad to say about this BK I would return to this BK many times.
