Flamante Burgers Friends - Mérida

¡Magnífico lugar! ¡Excelente menú! ¡Hamburguesas deliciosas!

Lugar tranquilo, sencillo y silencioso. Las hamburguesas tienen ingredientes de calidad, y las papas fritas y la yuca frita son deliciosas. El agua del día es muy buena. No venden alcohol.

It had been raining, so I was looking for a place very nearby to where I'm staying to get some takeout. I really lucked out by walking past Flamante! Romina was very nice and welcoming. I got the Ensalada Paradiso con salmón and a side of fries. It was such a good salad and delicious piece of salmon! It had a fresh mix of lettuce and generous portions with all of the olives, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, etc. It can be hard to find a good salad anywhere when eating out, and this one really hit the spot. The fries were also spot on crispy and salty, just as any good fry should be. : I wasn't in the mood for a burger tonight, but when the craving calls, I will definitely come in for one before I leave Mérida.

We took a daytrip to Uxmal and Cenotes Hacienda Mucuyche and didn’t want to go out for dinner. We ordered burgers and delivery from Flamante Burgers Friends through Whatsapp. Wife had the Basic Instinct and I had the Aguacate burger. Both were very good and came with just the right amount of fries, which were still hot and crisp. Fries came with ketchup, an aioli, and spicy aioli. The burger buns were really good.
