Tessara - Mercerville

Tessara is one of my absolute favorite places to go for Utalian food. Coming into the restaurant the first thing that always catches my eyes is the hand carved wood that is visible throughout the the dining areas the bar. The fine Italian music also catches my ear really adds to the atmosphere feel of the restaurant. The wait staff is always top notch. They're very friendly, knowledgeable always smiling. The food is always so good in part because everything is made fresh upon ordering nothing is ever frozen like in some other places. The handmade pasta really takes everything up a notch. Whether I'm having the pasta, chicken, steaks, veal or seafood I know it's going to be really delicious. I have so many favorite dishes it's hard to name just one. Try the stuffed flounder or the pasta sicilana would be two of my suggestions. Overall if you're looking for a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, great cocktails fantastic food then you have got to try this place.
