Starbucks - Merced

This might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I have visited this location multiple times and each time I’ve ordered pickup only to have to wait for my drink to be made. Expected time order is ready has been consistently exceeded by 15-20 minutes. Yes, 15-20 minutes. I don’t order anything special and my orders have consisted of one drink. From start to finish, my order takes 30-40 minutes. Why? Service: Take out

Not bad, just like everyone else. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

You will wait a long time in the drive through with no acknowledgement by the staff. Plan accordingly. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

On a positive note, some of the other drinks I've tried have been enjoyable, but the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is not one of them. I cannot recall a single time when I ordered it and actually liked it. It's worth mentioning that I also order from the Olive and M location, and that drink tastes completely different than what I've experienced at Yosemite and G. There really needs to be some changes made—perhaps retraining the staff on how to prepare the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso correctly? It feels like they may not be following the right recipe. I've never written a Yelp review before, but here I am! I've even called to request a replacement drink in the past, which is unusual for me, and even that wasn't much better. While the manager did an excellent job with customer service, the quality of this specific drink just doesn't measure up. I live very close to this Starbucks, so it’s inconvenient to have to go out of my way to the one on M. Please, for the love of coffee, fix the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso!
