Raley's - Merced

This morning the registers went down at Raley 's and they were working off one register when it too went down. Instead of making the long line of people either wait or put their food back, they gave the food to everyone in line for free. We have always shopped at Raley 's and this is one example of why. When I said I 'd be back to pay, they said, 'oh no you won 't '!

It a great store that has such diversity in the food selection. The deli is a step up since the remodel. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Raley 's has truly upped their game. The store is Beautiful. The enclosed refrigeration for the delicate fruit, milk, juices, butter, dips, beer, and wine is wonderful. I enjoyed shopping there before but now I am in a 'Take me away ' mode. I feel like I am on vacation shopping in San Ramon or South Lake Tahoe. Yeah, when I get to the door and feel the heat, I realize I am in Merced, CA but Raley 's has made that 'a not so bad thing '.

For the past year I have seen more and more organic fresh food items. Thank you stocking real food! Best grocery store in Merced!! Farmhouse brand fresh sauerkraut with caraway is excellent!

The only reason I go to this store it's mainly for the sandwiches. Hands down they are the best better than Subway and Save Mart). The staff is by far the friendliest, they are always offering to help with groceries to the car. I always hear people complain about their prices, but it's quality over quantity.
