Cafe Corazon - Mequon

I discovered this restaurant through Happy Cow and I am so grateful that I did because I would have never stumbled upon it on my own. The vegan options were clearly labeled and although the prices were a bit high, the portion sizes made it worth it. I ordered the Vegan Best Burrito with soy chorizo, which had just the right amount of spice. I also got the Vegan Taco Plate with crimini mushroom filling and flour tortillas, which was delicious. I took both dishes to-go because I knew I would have plenty of leftovers, and the food was just as tasty the next day. They also offer a breakfast menu from 11 AM to 3 PM, with about 4 or 5 vegan options to choose from. I had already looked up their menu online so I knew what I wanted and didn't pay much attention to the physical menu, but I do recall seeing a few vegan breakfast choices.

The menu is well-organized and the staff is very informed. If you're fortunate, try to snag a seat at the counter for some tasty nachos. There aren't many choices in the vicinity, so I'm grateful that Corazon still offers vegan options in Mequon. I departed feeling completely satisfied and content.
