Fuji Japanese - Mentor

I took the family out to Fuji for my wife's birthday. We all ordered hibachi and were treated to a show by a friendly and skilled artist. The food was of course good. This place has never disappointed. I ordered scallops and lobster which wereperfect! ???? The kids loved the show, the bill was average and the staff was very friendly. We'll be back.

Wontons were great. But the udon noodles were disappointing. Zucchini out-balanced the rest of the dish and the chicken was chewy.

Service was outstanding, prices very good. Food was on point, Hibachi is quality. Inside is not super modern but the service and people were awesome, would go back.

Dined in for hibachi to celebrate a special occasion. The food was prepared well, and our chef was very friendly and fun! However , our server was very inattentive and acted annoyed any time we had a need. Not what I?d expect when I drop $150 ondinner for 4 people. I?d like to say we will return, but this has been the case nearly every time I?ve dined here. We will findanother hibachi steakhouse with more hospitable service in the future.

Love the seating. Amazing food and just as amazing service. Took my husband and son for the first time not too long ago and they already want to go back.
