Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mentor

Thank you, Mentor Chipotle! After waiting in line for 15 minutes at the Willoughby location, we were informed that they had run out of chips, queso, and cheese. I couldn't believe it! So we decided to head to the Mentor location instead. Initially, I was frustrated by the long line, but my daughter and I only waited 12 minutes. The service was fantastic—quick and accurate! And of course, the food was delicious! It was definitely worth the extra 10-minute drive for the excellent service we received!

Dining here is always a pleasure, even if I sometimes have to wait for about 10 minutes. With so many people coming for the excellent service, I can definitely say the wait is worth it. The staff is friendly, which is why I make a point to visit this Chipotle, even though I live near Mentor Avenue. I really enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and the friendly interactions with the staff here.

I had the well-done steak bowl, and it was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, and the meal was still hot when it arrived! I had requested extra steak, which was easy to add. Overall, it was very well done!
