The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! While the wait time can occasionally be long, it's primarily because they're short-staffed. The lobby is currently closed, which is also related to staffing challenges and the lingering effects of COVID. The team works diligently to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. Please remember that certain times of day can be particularly busy, similar to rush hour on the highway or at any other restaurant or grocery store—including this Dunkin'! Mistakes can happen, so I urge you to be patient with them. The staff here is caring, friendly, and respectful!

I visit this Dunkin' Donuts every day and order the same thing each time. The evening staff is very polite, and even though they may be short-handed, they do their best to serve everyone. It's evident that some customers lack patience when waiting for their orders. Here's a tip: if you need assistance, just ask. You might gain a better understanding of what these young employees are dealing with and how hard they're trying to be courteous.

The service was incredibly attentive and polite, and one manager, whom I believe was named Kyle, was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with my donut selection.

This place seems really good to do to get an order for the first time. I'm from Florida, so I'm just here a few times since I'm here. I'm quite disappointed that I can't just go in and finish my order. If an order is placed on the app, you should be able to go to pick up. Every time I was here, there was a line around the building. Still, they do ok keep things rolling and make good coffee!! 5 stars, if I could go in to get my order, instead of waiting for 30 minutes for something that was already done.
