Coffeebar - Menlo Park

Spacious location great for coworking, but I wish there were more outlets to charge laptops. Tons of outdoor seating and parking, either in front of their store in a shared lot or a walk away at lot 3 free parking. Lots of good drinks on the menu, Igot the coconut chai which was very coconutty and refreshing. A little more expensive than other coffee shops, at about $6 perdrink. Would return to try other flavors.

Could be more organized. Arrived at this location for dine-in on a Sunday morning around 11am. The ordering process was easy, however it was hard to find a place to sit. The coffee pickup counter was over crowded, people bumping into each other, peopleentering asking if I was standing in line! The food which was told will be brought to table did not arrive! food was called outat the same counter as coffee, handed out in containers, had to cut through using feeble (reusable) forks which break! coffeetook a long time and was handed out in paper cups! NOT GOOD first time experience. The food options were good, coffee/lattecould be a bit more better. The place definitely could improved a lot on service, have a manager on the floor, install overheadsigns for ordering, pickup,..

The matcha latte was good, although they mistakenly served it hot instead of iced. The cinnamon bun was surprisingly amazing. It's a great spot to hang out on the weekend or to study, and they have excellent pastries!

They are so under staffed that it takes so long to get your order and often they are not serving food because no one is working in the kitchen. Also, often their food is moldy and old. For the price they charge for their goods, one would expect better service and quality food.

A hidden gem in downtown Menlo! This place consistently impresses! I love their unique coffee blends and roasts. The staff is hardworking and friendly. Thank you for offering such great espresso options! However, the breakfast, snacks, and food items can be a bit pricey. Just a heads up, they close at 6 PM every day.
