I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. The service was so inefficient that I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars. I ordered a peach kiwi tea and waited for about 20 minutes. When they finally called the order number in front of me (56), they then called 59 before realizing they had not printed my order. The owner apologized and said they would make it right away, but I had to wait again. After waiting even longer, they called number 60. I decided to ask for a refund from the owner. When she gave me my refund, they called number 61. The owner didn't even attempt to apologize or make it right to keep my business. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment.

Be sure to arrive 20 minutes before closing time. Occasionally, there may be a rush of 30 people who arrive 10 minutes before closing, causing the tea options and boba sizes to run out as everything is made fresh.

I visit this place to find something tasty and authentic. They offer good choices and excellent customer service. Ordering in advance is quite convenient.

I love the mango passion green tea. I asked for half sugar but still too sweet for my taste, so next time I will do less but overall service was excellent and very clean premises and plenty of parking space in the shopping center. Prices a bit high tho

We finally have a boba place near us. The staff is nice. I love that they have a lot of options for drinks and for levels of sweetness, ice, etc.
