Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis location has gone down hill fast and it’s a shame. I will drive to another city from here on out if I want chipotle again. The staff has ZERO urgency for anything and the past couple of times we have went in for dinner they are out of main ingredients like rice , meat , guac and chips. I would understand things run out but this seems like a frequent thing and who ever is managing isn’t prepared enough. If you know you’re busy then you should prep and prepare for it. The line was wrapped around the dinning area and you have employees laughing it up walking around and standing in the back on their phones. If there is any type of manager on duty they should be retrained or replaced because they obviously have zero authority or care to know how to run a shift. Really embarrassing actually. It took an hour to just get to the front to order because half way half the staff thought it would be a good time to clean instead of working to get the rush out and through the line. Which it absolutely needed because it’s was horrifically filthy everywhere but the manager on shift should have been there assigning duties when it backed up. I hope the franchise owner goes in as a customer to really see how much the staff is running the branch into the ground with zero urgency or care for the customers time or just quality in general.
This location was a little frustrating. We came at 8pm on a Friday and they were out of salsa, barbacoa, guacamole, chips. And didn't really seem to care.
I have never got my pickup order on time from here. I usually place the order on the app and when I head in for pickup their shelves are always empty and you have to check on your order which is always “getting ready” in the back kitchen for an average of 15 minutes.They are extremely slow and you have to follow up on the status of your order again and again. Sometimes they have the nerve to tell you after making you wait several minites that someone else picked up your order.Even after they hand you your order it’s messed up many times.Deserve negative rating for their pickup service
I ordered in the app and first I would like to say just the new Chipotle on Clinton Keith wraps their tacos and labels them individually, I hope you guys start to as well. I ordered 3 tacos that were unfortunately heavy on sour cream, a lot of cheese, low on chicken , and all wrapped together in foil, smashed together. I really think you all should take the time to make the tacos neater and with some care.
Definitely chipotle lowered the quantity of the meat they use now. Bad service , the place was dirty, floors and tables not cleaned. Ran out of several ingredients and didn't refill on time. Long line waiting.
