Bute - Mendoza

Probably the best pliers I've ever had in my life. It literally melted in my mouth and I could have cut it with a spoon. The sweet potatoes were absolutely divine! I couldn't tell you the last time I cleaned my plate in a restaurant.

Bute was a short 1 minute walk from the Park Hyatt, where we were staying. Excellent food and reasonable prices. I had a steak and wife had risotto. Both were very tasty.

Excellent experience. We were great with a friendly staff with great smiles. Set next to the window for a perfect view of the park on the street. The wine selection was great, the food was amazing. Best meal in Mendoza. Live atmosphere with friendly staff

I dined here with a friend and we both agreed that it was the best restaurant we had eaten in Mendoza during our 5 days. Service: attentive, without being overlaid. Food: very well done. The dishes are typical of what you would expect in Argentine cuisine, but still with complexity and different flavors. Decor: chic and modern, without clogging. And the water they gave on the wine was beautiful and generous. I wish we had found it early in our stay.
