Mcdonald's - Mendip

Tried to contact customer service but impossible to get through to anyone so having to resort to here! As many people have said service is so so slow...we waited over 15mins for our food, in a pretty empty restaurant. The staff were SO rude! Whilst we were waiting one of our party had got her order she is 7.5months pregnant and had a bite of a cheese burger while waiting for ours, only to be shouted at by a male member of staff who said I told you not to eat here ...but we were waiting for ages and she is heavily pregnant!! She did not make a mess at all but the staff member was very rude. Whilst we were waiting we noticed the disgusting state of the kitchen, food and utensils dropped on the floor, staff just kicking or stepping over them (not picking them up). Another customer came in who had been waiting for a Drive Thru order for too long and politely asked for a refund. When he saw the state of the floor in the kitchen he went to take a photo and one of the staff bluntly told him to F**k off It is perhaps unsurprising that I have been suffering from a sore stomach since Tuesday. AVOID

Worst McDonald's I have been in for ages. Food looked thrown together. Had one the next day in Hounslow which was lovely. So there is no reason why Frome is so bad.

Was accused of lying by a young member of staff with dark long hair called Kacey, the fault was the restaurant because of their app and the food not being available to suit my dietary requirements, overall terrible experience

It was my second drive thru visit today after lockdown finished and every time they made mistake with my order. And if there is problem it's your to fix, not theirs. Really disappointed with customer service.

Casting the mind back a few years. There used to be a lovely patch of land there.. with no McDonalds on it.
