Willie Moore's Family Restaurant

My husband and I visit Memphis when we decided to try this restaurant. 1st the hospitality is AMAZING!! Mr. Willie was the nicest man and the food was beyond good!! EVERYTHING was amazing!! My husband also ordered breakfast and loved EVERYTHING as well!!! This is a MUST visit!! We plan on going back for sure!!!

I got to return the food because the greens and the black eye peas tasted sour. The place was extremely hot, flies flying around the table, they didn't even apologized for the spoiled and got an attitude when I ask for a refund. Good thing I paid with credit card. Thank you for your reply. I was upset about my experience and walked out. I paid with credit card so you can just revert the transaction. I would like to try again in the future and have a 5 star experience. Thankyou for the refund. As i said, I would like to go try again because I know you guys care. Also, I worked suggest a menu with prices. Raising my the stars to 4 but really, I want to give you 5 stars next time I visit your restaurant

This was our first time dining there and our last. The restaurant was extremely unsanitary with sticky floors, and if you needed to use the bathroom you had to walk through a dark eerie room with old dirty fryers that were covered in grease. The bathroom door was almost falling off and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since the establishment opened. The food was less than decent. We ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were okay and the chicken tenderstasted like they came straight from the frozen aisle. We ordered an extra side of eggs and obviously they had never heard of over medium eggs or any other egg that wasn't almost raw. It was very disappointing and we will not be returning.

The food was just OK. We ordered breakfast. The pancakes tasted better than they looked. The sausage had no flavor. The eggs were runny. The grits and bacon were great. $40 for 2 people for breakfast. Not a bad place but I don't have to return. The owner was nice.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN NOW!!!!!! There's no way he's passing any health inspection because the place is fifty nasty including the kitchen, I should've walked out then but I try to support my black people. Everything is served on plastic very tacky for the over priced food he charged. My Chicken wasn't done which I tried to change out for bacon but he got smart luckily it was a woman that was working in the kitchen that help me, only thing good was the Orange Juice.IM VERY UPSET leaving this restaurant Never again and I advised anyone not to go!!!!
