Wendy's - Memphis

Went through drive thru and the food was cold and the drink was flat with no flavor.

There?s bad, and then there?s this place. Its actually comical how unprofessional, rude, unfriendly, and unorganized this particular restaurant and the employees are. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy horrible experiences. Im not really sure how they?re even still in operation with how poorly the employees act/treat customers.

Although the staff is very polite they are always not taking orders half the time

Stopped by an hour before they were supposed to be closed and sat in the drive thru for 10 mins with no response. I could see there was workers inside, called twice and no answer. Garbage.

The employees refuse to keep this restaurant open and fully functional during operational hours.
