When I went to pick up my order through the Drive Thru, I was rudely told they were closed even though I was able to place an order to that location. Hopefully, cancelling the order will give me a full refund like the girl at the drive thru claimed when I asked about a refund. Either way, going to Wendy's was a waste of my time and energy.
The lines have been a little better but being that I'm here at least twice a week sometimes more the order takers can be better and stop closing early ?
I love to go to the wendy’s on winchester, no matter what time of day. the day shift makes another wonderful job, but this night team. every single one of them should be fired!. if my order is wrong or old and if they try to correct it, it is a problem. I ordered a great meal and you would have thought I had little. the half of my pommes was screwed. only a bad customer service. I understand that it is hard to find workers, but they should still hire ppl who appreciate the company and they work.
For them to be a burger spot, they only serve chicken nuggets and fries. They’re always out of something. You could also hear people having conversations in the background…kinda unprofessional. I didn’t really want to try them again, but I was in the area.
They were only doing mobile orders I thought it was wrong especially when you had a line.
