Wendy's - Memphis

I was the only person inside, and no one recognized me when I came in. I stood there for over five minutes before someone commanded me. one of the workers did not notice that I stood there when he went and took a chickening-ugget with his bare hands to eat. they have fixed without gloves food. the drinking machine was dirty.

Some people don't like to be called baby when ordering. My husband or I are not babies. They need to only address customers as sir or ma'am ONLY!!

Usually the service is great and the food is hot. Today must have been a bad day. I was asked 3 times what I wanted to drink. 2 sprites and a Dr Pepper. Well I got 3 what tasted like Sierra mist. I return one for the Dr pepper and it tastes horrible. My fires was cold and the sandwiches was not hot at all. I come to this location because of how fast they move the line. Not sure what's going on, but I hate to stop coming to this location.

Once again I drive off with an incomplete order. At least they got my wife's food but left off the insanely expensive Baconator that I had been looking forward to eating the entire drive over and home. So instead I got to watch my wife eat lunch while I munched on the (very good) new fries. Really wish the service weren't predictably bad every time. I love Wendy's but come on! Ugh.... We have lived in this neighborhood for years and my kids won't even consider eating here because it's never as ordered at the drive through. Gave it two stars because the food they do manage to give you is at least good.And to add insult to injury customer support took two hours to answer chat all the while saying I was 1st in line. So I went from disappointed to down right angry. Really bummed.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a large fry and drink. The spicy chicken sandwich was kind of dry tasting, and the FRIES were the BOMB.com! The fries were very good and HOT! I will take Wendy's fries over McDonald's ANYDAY! But that's only if the fries are FRESH.. I would have given a 5 star, but my spicy chicken sandwich was DRY. Thanks!
