The Cheesecake Factory - Memphis

1st time experiencing The Cheesecake Factory. Went for a birthday event and everything was excellent! Server Mikayla was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable and on point checking in with us. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Drinks were made well and the cheesecake was great. Will return and would recommend.

We stopped for something lite and delicious. Ordered the Loaded Potato soup and Mac/Cheese balls. The soup was creamy goodness, but the M/C balls weren't done in the middle; we sent those back. The cheesecakes were divine! There is a Skinnylicious menu for those who are watching their caloric intake.

Salmon had absolutely NO seasoning. Shrimp gumbo seasoned well, rice undercooked. Fried mac and cheese was good. Cheesecake was nothing special. Waitress was amazing!

We had a group of 15 Seniors and we had a great time. The General Manger, Sebastian really made sure we had everything we needed and he was more than generous with each persons ticket. We went to brunch traveling from Oxford, MS and it was well worth the drive. Everything was SUPERB.... and if any Church group would like to take their Seniors out to fellowship, this is the place to go. They already had the tables ready and our orders didn't take long at all. Thanks to Sebastian and his staff for a job WELL DONE......

My food was not good. I would say something more informative about it but it simply wasn't good. I tried two different dishes and they both tasted bad. I first got steak tacos with rice and beans, the tortillas were weirdly sweet and the rice tasted of nothing but cilantro it was as if I was eating a mouthful of cilantro leaves. I told the server and got the shepherds pie instead but then that was a failure too. The only flavoring came from the gravy and the gravy had a funny smell. There was like zero salt or pepper and it was just unpleasant. I felt bad sending that back as well, but I just wasn't gonna pay their ridiculous high prices for food that I didn't like. So I decided to just get cheesecake, I got the banana cream cheesecake. The server was very kind about the whole thing which was great. The cheesecake was the only redeeming factor and that's pretty much it. This was my first time eating at the cheesecake factory and probably the last haha. The cheesecake is very good though so I'd only recommend getting dessert from here.
