Absolutely disappointing! The owners need to be aware of the poor service. I tried to place an online order, but the option was disabled, so I drove to the Union Midtown location. When I arrived, I was immediately informed that the employee was alone and not taking any orders. The restaurant was completely empty, and she was in the back not even preparing sandwiches. I won’t be returning again. I'm headed to Fireworks instead!
They never have the bread I want, and when they do have it, it doesn't taste fresh. It feels like they’re serving leftover bread from the day before.
Ok..veggies translucent..going bad..u can see the stuff..then they upset bcuz u ask for fresh bell pepper..or mayo bottle dirty..sitting INn melted ice.tea not fresh taste 3days old.container NOT CLEAN..THEY TRY..SHORT STAFFED THEY SAY..try it..maybe û hav better time..service having bad day..2maro be better after they sleep?? Yes..lol..go4laughs.lol..
Rude manager on duty 2/27 220pm. Why you mad I didn't want ripped bread?? How you a manager and can't handle somebody not wanting a poorly made sandwich? How are YOU mad that I got an attitude AFTER you got rude with me? Giving warehouse worker, not costumer service.
