Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza - Memphis

Each time we eat at Pyro it is great. They fix your pizza or salad just like you wanted. Clean space and the staff is so nice. Johnny is great.

Stopped by Pyros while charging up my Tesla! Kind staff, fast food, and good quality! It's not the best pizza in the world but it's far better than Mod or the other fast food pizzas I've had. Would highly recommend to those who are stopping through Memphis on their road trips! Their cups are also of very high quality... Will probably keep the plastic Togo cup instead of tossing it!

Horribly disorganized. No sign showing where to wait for takeout order, and hardly what I’d consider a “response” when I asked where to wait. We then watched them fumble with our order without checking what we had or informing us of what’s going on. After 20+ minutes beyond the ETA, we were handed 3 pizzas I’d seen sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. We were supposedly waiting on the last one, but it was right beside our other two the whole time. Expo (who I think was the manager) didn’t even bother to check the boxes or with us to see what we got. Had to reheat 2/3 of the pizzas. Only truly redeeming part of the experience was the 1/3 (sweet pineapple) pizzas that was fortunately still warm and good. I’ve worked in restaurants as an employee and manager for years, and it takes a lot for me to actually complain. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. It’s hard for me to give the benefit of the doubt, though.

Monday Night Football NO SOUND!! First of all, I love Pyros. But I specifically walked here from the local hotel for Pizza and Beer and Monday night football. They would not play the sound. (Ridgeway road location. Completely horrible viewing experience! That being said… The staff is super nice and professional. The pizza was delicious and the beer cold. Unfortunately, unless they change the sound policy will have to Uber to farther away Pyros or other sports bar for sound during games. Disappointed…. Something so pointless. Without sound the place is quite depressing.

The team working the 5 p.m. timeframe December 17th 22 was together. I ordered for pickup, and my food was ready when I arrived, even the young man heard me when I said my name and he said I got it. The Denver today was the best one I've had and of course my grandson inhaled his pepperoni pizza. Great job team!
