Order the big box for dinner. food was cold breadsticks was hard as a Rock will not recommend or order there again. Try to get in touch with management and crew members kept hanging up on me. Will be contacting corporate.

Hello, not a happy camper. I bought 2 Melts for dinner tonight. And it was hard. This was my 1st time trying it.i may not get them again. Because it do not look like that on TV. I did call too ask a question . And the lady said it is suppose to be that away. I will notget it again. Poor customer

Union Pizza Store customer service was NOT good. I stood at the register about a minute watching a guy listening to his music, dancing while preparing pizzas, etc. He finally came to the register and DID NOT greet me . He asked my name, brought the food, took the payment and walked away. I had to ask, is that it? He has a cute response, Yes ...I was too tickle to be upset!!! Pizza Hut/ Union Suite 114...WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My chicken Alfredo was spoilt it made me and my friends who tried it sick and pizza hut still refuses to get back to me or even address it

They were rude as soon as i walked in. They also Messed up my order really bad then it takes two days for my money to be back on my card
