He also said that the delivery driver was on their way and that they had come to my house but no one answered. I suspect they were all high. I really wish the Hornlake location hadn't closed.
I had the worst service and most unprofessional experience of my entire life at this restaurant. I thought McDonald's was a disaster, but this place surpassed it.
I placed an online order for contactless curbside pickup at this restaurant. The order was confirmed, so I arrived 30 minutes early and informed the restaurant that I was there. However, when the time came for my order to be brought out, it never arrived. After calling the store, I found out that they had not even started preparing my order yet. I was told that I would have to wait at least another hour. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. I only gave one star because the person I spoke to on the phone was polite.
It was ok. Very busy so contact less was not an option and I waited an extra 40 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. Pizza was good but wings were not.
This location is a joke. It consistently delivers horrible customer service, but unfortunately is the only location that serves the Whitehaven area. There is a severe absence of management and professionalism. Reducing the customer's waiting time is NEVER a priority.
