Excellent customer service and location. The rooms need work. Curtains had blood stains all over them, rug was filthy, toilet seat was broken, sheets were dirty and shower was full of mold. In the reviews they discussed the elevator being broken and it is still broken. Housekeeping and guest use the same elevator. Will not return. If Courtyard had available rooms I would have switched.

The amenities aren't great, but the atmosphere is neat and the staff and people are friendly. You are getting this hotel for the price and location. It's got kind of a hipster feel to it which is neat, but lacks a pool or fridge in the room or anything. The see-through shower mirror wall is kinky and neat. I'd stay here again, especially if I'm going to spend most of my time on Beale Street, which is close...or a $1 trolly ride away.

Not as cool I thought it would be. I am passing through Memphis for the first time and my experience here has been bad. When I went inside, there was an issue with the check in computer and they were trying to get it figured out. No one explained that or apologized for the inconvenience. In fact I wasn’t even greeted. It just felt rude and I hated that I had to wait after driving all day. It would have been nice if there was an apology.When they did get the system up and running, they asked me to come back downstairs to scan my ID and swipe my card for incidentals. Not once was I ever told, “enjoy your stay, let us know if you need anything”. This place is so unprofessional. I was surprised to find out it’s a Marriott hotel..I got to my room to use the restroom and there’s a hair on the toilet seat. Clearly it hasn’t been cleaned and honestly nothing is clean. I found a grape on the floor right beside the bed. I didn’t eat grapes ? I also see hair on the ground, it hasn’t been vacuumed, I don’t know if the sheets have even been changed. The only upside is I don’t see any bugs. My tissue box is soiled and all the tissues are wet??Two minutes into being in my room I wanted to go somewhere else. But no refunds lol. And guess what? No manager on duty to talk to. I got here at 7pm. You’d think that’s early enough for someone to still be here. I wanted to enjoy the last night of my vacation and feel pampered in a luxurious room like the one I saw online. It sucks!

My husband and I stayed at the Moxy Memphis from July 14-16th. It was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The atmosphere was everything we wanted. This was our first time staying at a moxy property. They indeed live up to their brand. We were given a drink at check in, the “Got Moxy,”which we continuously ordered the entire stay… IT WAS DELICIOUS. Such a great place for a weekend trip. Lida, the bartender is very welcoming and attentive. After coming in from a eventful night on Beale street we spoke with Secret, a warm soul, who ended our night with just the cherry on top. This property is within walking distance of some amazing restaurants with scooters and trolleys! Such a great hotel in a great location.
