Mcdonald's - Memphis

This McDonald’s was the closest to our hotel so naturally we went there. I’m so glad we did. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We ate inside and it was clean. The staff was super friendly. It takes a lot for me to leave a review so I think that’s saying something. If you’re in Memphis, this is the McDonald’s to go to! If all McDonald’s were like my family’s experience here, McDonald’s would have a damn good reputation! To the staff there: keep doing what you’re doing, you’re rocking it!!

Service was timely despite how busy the drive thru was. Our order was correct. I'd like to recognize an employee there today named Najjee. He had outstanding customer service and was helpful today while we waited for our food in a mobile order spot.

This place should be shut all the way down. Sit in line for 30 min didn’t move once so I walked to the window to get my burger fixed (had onions and we asked for none) the lady took my food and came back to tell me that it didn’t have onions so I showed them to her and she still refused to fix it.

Went to order a large drink only. I was really fenning for a Coke from there. Lobby was closed, I got that but no one came to the drive thru speaker at all. I was the only car in line. I sat there a few minutes expecting someone to say something. By then another car had pulled behind me. I eventually drove off the side of the lot. When leaving I saw one of the employees outside up front smoking a cigarette. I just shook my head. This was at 830 pm.

Service here is very quick. Employees are very diligent and professional. It's always clean every time that you walk in it is always spotless. The food is great, just what you would expect from a multi billion dollar company.
