Kfc - Memphis

Told them I wanted green beans for my sides order 3 different times and got home and still got cold slaw instead of green beans in my order and also soda that I paid for that I did not receive when I looked at my receipt .Food: 3/5

The staff is horrible with nasty attitudes. The manger was very nice nasty! I frequent this place of business at least twice a week, but not anymore. Corporate has received my complaints. Sad that we pay for bad customer service, they don't realize that if we stopped purchasing their food that location would shut down. WE PAY YOUR SALARY RUDE SELF ?

The customer service is terrible and I was given a drink with mold in it. This KFC needs to be shut down immediately!!! Please do not go here ever.

I ordered a breast/wing combo, I was told, it would be a 16 minute wait, it was a 40 minute wait. I had to go inside the restaurant 2 times to check on the order !!!!

Terrible. Long line outside so we went inside for them to scream they were not taking orders after we waited about 10 minutes.
