I had an exceptional experience with the customer service here; they were incredibly quick and efficient with processing payments! I’ve never seen this level of service in any other American business. I’m not sure why many other companies can’t match this standard. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I truly appreciate skilled professionals, regardless of their backgrounds or races.

I was warmly welcomed upon entering, and when I inquired about premade falafel, a staff member kindly took the time to go through the selection with me and discuss all the available options. He even helped me choose the best option for my recipe. This level of customer service far exceeds anything you'll find in big chain stores, and I am excited to continue supporting Jerusalem Market in the future.
