Hu. Roof - Memphis

Charming hotel featuring an eclectic art deco design, complete with a rooftop bar.

On our first visit last month, we asked for a drink menu upon arrival, but the bartender curtly informed us that there wasn't one available—despite a handwritten note on the wall indicating to ask for their new menu. Furthermore, every time we visited before, they had a drink menu. The place felt somewhat disorganized and wasn't very clean, and the drinks we ordered were just mediocre. They were a bit pricey, but being a rooftop bar in the city, that was somewhat expected. Previously, we tolerated the high prices because the views were fantastic, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. When we took our first-time guest a few days later, we did receive a drink menu this time, but the overall cleanliness and organization of the space still left much to be desired, and the quality of the drinks was disappointing, to say the least. We were very let down, as we usually make it a point to visit this rooftop bar during our trips to Memphis and recommend it for the view. I'm honestly not sure if we'll return again.

This rooftop bar offers an incredible view. It's charming, featuring unique decor and plenty of seating. Very enjoyable! The drinks are great as well!

Views are amazing, but other than that it's your typical rooftop bar with overpriced cocktails and odd selection of food. Also be careful because they charge a cover at a certain hour. I believe around 8)
