Went here with my boyfriend last night and it was amazing! I got the Curry Chicken with the Garlic Naan and it was delicious! Service was friendly and the food was fresh. We will definitely be back here.
Cant expect much from a Memphis based indian restaurant but this place is a joke. Biriyani is dry, flavouring is more pakistani than indian. Not authentic at all.
We had a terrific dinner just now. Curry lamb, chicken tikka masala, and chicken tikka were all excellent! Good naan bread and rice! Kids loved it!
The biryani is NOT biryani. It 's rice with mildly spiced (flavor, not heat) paste and food coloring. Low quality taste and extremely stingy with the protein in meat dishes for the price.I may be biased since I 've recently moved to Memphis from a top 10 US city with a thriving international food scene and large Indian population; but even with the vastly higher cost of living in that city, better quality Indian food was cheaper.Sad this was my first Indian food experience in Memphis. I will never intentionally eat from here again. At least 2 stars because the paneer dishes were on point, and when you ask for maximum spice level, they give it to you!PS All the South Asians have given this place poor reviews, while everyone else calls it 'authentic ' ?
