Erling Jensen's The - Memphis

The food was outstanding! I ordered the buffalo tenderloin and lobster, both of which were exceptional. The lobster was plentiful, with large, juicy pieces, and the tenderloin was cooked to perfection. The chocolate soufflé was the ideal way to finish off an incredible meal. I will definitely be returning!

I always enjoy dining at Erling Jenson, but last night wasn't the best experience. I can't complain about the food; it's consistently excellent. However, the service could have been better. Our table had to request additional bread from three different staff members, and with three bottles of wine on the table, we often had to pour it ourselves. All I ask is that if I'm paying for a four-star experience, I should receive four-star service. I sincerely hope that the service improves on my next visit.

This restaurant excels in creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. Its Scandinavian-inspired decor is minimalist, sleek, and sophisticated. The cuisine is high-end yet approachable, and the service is equally refined without being pretentious.

The atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was attentive, and the portion sizes were quite generous. I was also thrilled to discover my favorite French wine offered at a reasonable price.
