Dunkin' - Memphis

This is the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. The drive thru is always packed but very efficient. I always mobile order and as soon as I press order from a few blocks away, it’s ready when I get in. On top of the very efficient and friendly staff, they sell Kolaches which most dunkins do not in this area. I am amazed each time I go in by the customer service they provide

I wish they had a way to see what donuts were available in drive thru. However the drive through goes very fast.. especially compared to the 'green mermaid '. The personnel is so sweet and I was so thirsty I forgot to order at the speaker but they made my 2 drinks quickly without me being chastised LOL.

Quick and friendly, even at 5:15 in the morning. Which, if you’re familiar with fast-food service in Memphis, is INCREDIBLY rare. A pleasant surprise.

This is my favorite location, my order is always right. The staff is patient and helpful when I want to try something new and I'm always able to use my app for points and to order ahead for the mornings I need to rush to work. I also purchase coffee and donuts from them for work events and everyone loves the freshness of their items. I'll always return here.

This is among my favorite Dunkins in the whole country! Definitely top 3. Every time I go down I-40, I stop here. Cool vibe inside and out (check the pictures for the unique guitar). There's a small tunnel to get into drive-thru. There is plenty of parking. There's plenty of seating, even for groups. However, it's generally quiet, so you can study here. The employees really do try, and it's pretty fast if you don't come at rush times. Crazy to think it's in such a convenient location, and super close to I-40.
