Domino's Pizza - Memphis

Delicious food and excellent customer service! I absolutely love the pizza here.

They made a mistake with my order, but they handled the issue promptly. In addition to resolving the problem, they offered me an extra 2-liter bottle of Sprite as an apology for the inconvenience. I appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction. That's what I expect from a good business, and I will definitely return and recommend it to others. My experience was only with the night staff, so I can't comment on the daytime crew yet, but if they are anything like the night staff, I have no doubts it will be positive.

I try to ordering 4 pizzas and they going g to say they close at 12 and it's going to be 45 mins it was just 10 o. Clock when I order ill never order there nomore bad business

I wish I’d seen this review before booking. I need a refund I ordered for a client that was chartering a plane and there is no communication and no sense of urgency. When I ordered the food it said 30min were going on an hour no food I had to tell my pilot to leave with the client. This is not a good look and we most certainly will never use your company again. I’m calling the local store and yet still no one has picked up to give me answers, the tracker is not working but sent me a text. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. I have called multiple times and no one is answering and I still have yet to receive my order.

Ordered pasta and cheese breed, took a little longer than expected but the food was great. Would definitely shop again
