City Silo Table Pantry - Memphis

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to randomly walk in, and I am so happy that I did. I ordered the breakfast burrito (sunshine burrito) and it was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It was a nice change to have real cheddar cheese in my food instead of fake "American cheese". The prices were reasonable and the portion size was great. The restaurant itself is charming, I even posted some pictures of it.

I have visited this restaurant twice. The food and service quality are excellent. However, I deducted a star because they ask for a tip before providing any service. Overall, the food is delicious, the kitchen is clean, and they use high-quality ingredients. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch with plenty of healthy choices! Even if you're not a fan of vegan cuisine, you'll still be able to find something delicious to enjoy here. It's a perfect spot for a satisfying lunch!

I was in Memphis for a week on a work assignment and The Buffalo Tempeh+ Sesame Cauliflower bowl was just what I needed for a productive and satisfying Tuesday afternoon. I ended up having this bowl twice during my stay. It was delicious, hearty, and filling. I also stopped by for breakfast one morning and tried the Candy's Elixir Smoothie, which was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with nice patrons. Updated review as of June 22nd, 2023.

I had an incredible experience trying the Buffalo cauliflower bowl with zucchini noodles at this restaurant. The zucchini noodles were not the typical large ones you see, but more like vermicelli noodles. They were absolutely delicious. I was visiting family from out of state and was delighted to find this gem in Memphis.
