Ciao Bella Italian Grill - Memphis

The blutorangenlachs was some of the best I had, the rest of the teller lacked no real soße on the nudels for 28 mäuse the lachs was the saving gnade. I recommend, but make sure they ask for something extra sauce on the noodles.

First time to visit this restaurant. Not too impressed. Our waitress seemed as though she was reciting the menu word for word, even with her hands behind her back. Very impersonal. My husband had to send his spinach back because it was cold however, I have to admit that it was tasty. My dish was supposed to be made with capallini but it was spaghetti. Also, I was missing the Greek olives and the waitress offered to cook some up real quick All in all, it wasn't bad hence the three star rating. However, not sure I'll be back. Atmosphere was not the greatest either which plays a major role in my satisfaction with the restaurant. All I have are pictures once put in the to go box. The one with the red sauce is chicken Parmigiano. The other dish, (my dish) which I do not remember the name but it was inundated with pasta. Probably should have given 2 stars. Customer service sucked at every angle

Good food. Highly recommend the Gnocchi. The service was unsatisfactory. Didn’t seem like our server wanted to be at work. We felt like we had to hurry and get our orders in while she came to check on us.

I called regarding a party of approximately 20 for Birthday Dinner. Spoke with Susie White and she was the most rude manager in a service business I have ever encountered. I asked several questions regarding room, checks etc. very obvious she was not interested in our business and she stated she was not!! The owners need to know and she obviously needs customer service training or she needs to find a new career. I will never have dinner there again and it was one of my favorite restaurants.

Service good food mediocre at best . gluten free pasta is rotini brand and cooked till it all falls apart . they undercooked chicken , breading was not done and chicken had weird under done consistency. really not impressed for $140 . raspberry chocolate cake is to die for however . Do not get a L.I.T taste like nothing but sour mix …..did not even drink .
