Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

I waited in line for about 5-10 minutes, which was no big deal. When it was my turn to order, the girl at the counter asked if I would be paying with cash or card. I said card, and my friend also said card. However, the lady behind us said she would pay with cash, and the cashier directed us to step forward. It's frustrating because we had been waiting patiently, and now we were being asked to wait even longer.

I rate this place 5 stars because the staff is really putting in a lot of hard work. It's important to be kind and patient with them. As for the food, I’d give it a 4 out of 5.

The chicken had a strange taste, almost reminiscent of cleaning products. I usually love Church's, but after my third visit, I'm starting to feel disappointed. I think I'm going to take a break from them for a while.

I just pulled up to the store they said that they were not open and people are in there drinking beer in the building that is totally unprofessional

This particular location was terrible. Food was ok. Staff was rude. Floor was slick and everything was dirty.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely not handicap accessible.
