Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

New manager and the customer service and chicken is the best. Before tenders were never done in the middle. Now I don't have to beg for them to be fried hard, they already are. Customer service is so much better. Looks like a whole new crew

Terrible service. Takes 5 mins to place your order. Takes 20 mins to get your order. They never have tenders wings or chicken breast after 8

I'm going to Church's Chicken at 9:40. I place my order for chicken tenders. She told me they were cooking them. At 951 I received my order. I drove off and went to work. Sort of happy that the chicken was going to be hot but not prepared for uncooked hot chicken that smelled funny . Tried to call them get no answer. I am going to count it as a loss and not go back.

I waited in the drive thru for 6 mins no answer, parked went inside an employee with the drive thru headset on her cell phone arguing and eating. Another worker finally took my order. Only to find out later I didn't get what I paid for and my chicken wasn't done. Won't be back there. Dining room dirty parking lot dirty. Yuck

The new shrimp and tender combo would have been OK except the shrimp wasn't done????. There was raw batter with the shrimp and the tenders was over cooked! Let's try and get this resolved because I love shrimp ????. Thank you .
