Please don’t got here they food is disgusting and nasty and old and if I could give them a zone rate I will. Play don’t go here or waste your money

Food was perfectly cooked, but I didn't get any utensils or straws so I had to go through the drive thru a second time and overall spent about 30 minutes in line. Parking lot was an absolute disaster.

Always forgetting to put something with your order. Then having an attitude. The manager always rectify the issue. So that's a plus. But they should be checking the orders accurately before releasing to the customer.

I'm from Wisconsin. While visiting in Memphis, I wanted to try Capt.D's for the 1st time. Had enough food for a couple of people (7). The sides needed to be larger.

Waited in line for 14 minutes! The woman didn't even say sorry for the long wait. They left out my cheesecake and when I mentioned it she wanted the receipt! Still no apology!
