Burger King - Memphis

We didn’t have a car in front of us, so we were waiting right at the front door for our order, which was supposed to include fries with no salt. When we finally got our order, I noticed that the fries were heavily salted. I went inside to clarify that I had requested no salt on my fries. The staff seemed to have an attitude because I was checking to ensure they hadn’t added salt.

The restaurant is very clean, both inside and outside, and the staff is respectful and eager to help. The food was freshly cooked during the weekend morning shift.

They really need to reconsider having a woman named Wonda at the drive-thru because she either can't hear or is just rude. She consistently messes up orders and speaks about customers to her coworkers in a loud and disrespectful manner.

Very slow service! Wanted just Mustard, pickle, onion lettuce on burger. Got home, had mayo, tomato, onion lettuce! She repeated order back to me twice, correctly. NOT what I got!! Then, she said they were OUT of Salt packets! Won't go back...

My sandwich was cold and fries were cold. I Don't mind paying for the meal. I just want it hot like it's supposed to be.
