They aren't serving everything due to COVID, but this special was definitely a highlight. The ribs were incredibly flavorful! They were cooked to perfection—we couldn't stop eating. While it's different from Texas BBQ, it's worth exploring these unique flavor profiles. The taste was rich and smoky with a slight sweetness. The meat was tender and easy to chew. The smoked sausage had a similar aroma to the ribs but was served in a hot dog bun. The BBQ sauce complemented the meat beautifully—I love a good BBQ sauce! The sides were outstanding; the potato salad was delicious, and the baked beans had just the right balance of sweetness and flavor in every bite. This is the real deal—the best Memphis BBQ I've ever had! I ordered the BBQ sampler to try a little bit of everything since I couldn't choose just one. We also had the Turkish side dishes, which were cooked to perfection. The potato salad and coleslaw made excellent large sides to complement the BBQ. We finished off our meal with the banana pudding pie, and it was out of this world! Avoid all the tourist traps for Memphis BBQ and come here instead; you won’t be disappointed. Should I rate the atmosphere highly or not? It's authentic—not fancy, but who cares if the food is excellent, which it truly is. The sauce is just as good as the dry rub, and the meat is juicy and tender. I ordered the sampler, but it's a little too much for one person. I also tried the chocolate chip cookie, which is a unique mix between a cake and a cookie—sort of fluffy. The cookie and potato salad were tasty, but not exceptional. Just a heads up: there's an extra sauce tucked under the bread. We parked in the back.

Because of this, he has lost a lot of business from me. I run a construction company and typically buy meals from local Black-owned businesses for my employees, but I will not spend another cent at an establishment that fails to listen to its customers and address their concerns. It's important to be open-minded and humble; refusing to acknowledge feedback is not a good look for any business.
