Auntie Anne's - Memphis

This was my second visit and it is safe to say, this location lacks good customer service. I didn?t even receive a greeting. I decided to visit the location across the road at Walmart instead. The employee there was a lot more vibrant and welcoming. It?s also slightly cheaper than the one at the mall.

It really depends on what time of day and the day you order at this location; weekends typically involve long waits, and surly service folk. Week days are best, especially after the lunch rush hour (after 1 PM). In general, the employees need constant reminding (by upper management) that they are in a service business, and MUST treat customers with courtesy and dignity.

I?ve been wanting pretzels for weeks and the one where I live is temporarily closed, this one said it was open. When I arrived there was no employees to be seen. My disappointment is immeasurable and my month is ruined.

Very disappointed today. Had been in the mall a while doing some last minute school shopping thinking my only reward would be my normal stop at Auntie Anne's. Well today my cashier was rude, never spoke to me only to breathe something under her breath when I pointed out i didn't add caramel with my order. She even rolled her eyes when she removed it. I wasn't told thank you or offered to purchase a drink or anything as they usually do. Ms. Sarah is always friendly when I come she at least came out to say hello this is why my rating is a three. But Deja number 7341 acccording to my receipt doesnt value her job at all. I will not utilize your services when I see her at the register. Bad service makes your food taste bad....

I?d leave zero if possible. We arrived at 11:20 to be told very rudely ?we ain?t open ?. We were told about a half hour. We came out of Hot Topic 15 minutes later to see someone being served pretzels. When we got to the window this time, we were told again by the same woman that they weren?t open. You could see the exact pretzels out daughter wanted behind her totally prepared as they were what she had just served her friend. We won?t try again.
