Amerigo - Memphis

We had an outstanding dinner experience tonight, with exceptional food and service. We started with cheese fritters, which were a fantastic appetizer. The sausage bow ties were packed with excellent flavor and texture, and the chicken margarité was simply delicious. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We can't wait to return!

However, I must caution you against ordering the shrimp scampi. It was quite unpleasant, with a strange taste, a thick, gluey broth, and topped with sautéed tomatoes. I couldn't finish it. On a brighter note, I highly recommend their mixed spring salad, which is crisp, fresh, and perfectly balanced in terms of ingredients. The focaccia with olive oil makes a delightful addition to the meal. The service was excellent and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Wonderful experience.., Valentine’s Day I had a reservation set somewhere else only t arrive and find that they changed the menu for the night . So , I called around to find somewhere to eat and they were the only ones willing to make room for me . I loved the service and the food was amazing ! Hands down the best and I’ll be back for sure.

I don't five star a restaurant very often. They earned it. The food was fantastic. Artistically prepared. The waitress courteous an attentive but not overwhelming. I will be back.

I had the pleasure of trying the chicken Alfredo tortellini and the key lime pie during my first experience with curbside delivery. The pie was fresh, and the food was served hot, exactly as I like it. My only complaint was that the bread was a bit tough. Nonetheless, I’m definitely looking forward to returning to experience dining in the restaurant!
