Tim Hortons - Melvindale

The location is fantastic. The service was fast, friendly, and the food was fresh. Those in a wheelchair or with dietary restrictions will have a good experience.

Today was not a good experience at Tim Hortons! The food was not enjoyable and I arrived at 1 o'clock only to discover they were out of paninis. I had to settle for just a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional. I wonder what they are doing differently that prevents them from providing the best possible quality.

Incredible! The manager, Josh, is absolutely fantastic. Dale works the drive-thru like a pro, while Sheila is super friendly and greets customers with a smile. The food is always fresh, and they make an amazing vanilla cream cold brew.

That is the most unprofessional and dirty tims of all time. the workers believe they are paid a lot to be rude and unrespectful. I'll never go back there. beyond that they gave me food that looked evil. absolutely disgusting.

The boss there ? don’t even get me started. The food I ordered wasn’t even hot, the drink which was suppose to be hot was ice cold. I seen only one girl cleaning up all the mess they have back there ?. Not to mention I’ve never seen a store sooooo wasteful.
