When I ordered on App it shown unavailable for frozen normal coke so I switched to no sugar. Then I went to the counter and was told they didn't have coke no sugar but only normal coke. Can it be more chaotic?
Last Thursday 6.00 pm I ordered a Fillet of Fish medium chips, Angus burger small chips. All chips were cold, Angus burger only warm, bun was stale, Fillet of Fish was cold and bun was stale as well. I ended up with food poisoning which has taken a week to come good. Please Mr. Greg Ross train your staff properly that includes some of your managers who are very sarcastic and couldn’t care less for your/their customers. Most of my orders they get wrong , it shouldn’t happen. I will be reporting this to Department of Health as I was very close to dying. This shouldn’t happen to any customer.
To the Ben owner of this establishment and other McDonald's restaurants I think you should re evaluate your career choices every single one of your restaurants are hopeless if you trained your staff better and got them to not focus on drive through so people aren't waiting 10 minutes in store for their food this would actually work but it doesn't your staff can't read basic order slips and do it correctly the only redeeming factor was Adrian for re doing my order and bringing out a picture perfect meal. Get a grip and learn to run a restaurant
In a hurry I ordered two double muffins, got to my meeting with just enough time to scoff them down, it seems that someone working there can't count. How hard is it to get a very simple order correct?
Waited over 20 mins for chocolate Sundaes, whilst new orders were completed and collected. Staff were rude, one in particular was more interested in chatting to his mates than doing his job. Eventually we were assisted by one staff member who was working. Pathetic!
