Finally, my husband caught the attention of a staff member, who promised to return shortly. After about five minutes, she brought us drinks, but then she had to leave again. The waitress took our order after an hour of waiting, and only then were we able to eat. I understand that staffing can be challenging these days, but service was incredibly slow; the cook seemed to prepare only one order at a time. In hindsight, maybe we should have left. In response to the waitress's comments, we mentioned that we had dined here before but never experienced such poor service. We were never rude, and we hope they can improve in the future.

I always enjoy my visits to The Overflow! The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you’re craving a delicious burger and The Overflow happens to be closed, don’t worry— they also run Freddie’s next door, where you can find their amazing food as well. I’ve never had a bad meal at either location!
We had the breakfast pizza and we will definitely be going back for it again!! Everyone with us was happy with their breakfast! And the service was delightful!
Sunday stopped, place was full. 1 table left for us. Sa and waited for 20 minutes nobody even confirmed us. Husband finally got the attention of a worker. I'll be right back, 5 minutes later she brought drinks, then she had to go, the waitress finally got our order after an hour of order we got food. I understand people are hard to find, but come on. Cook had 1 order at a time. Slowly, yes, we should have left. In response to your answer, we were here before, but never so bad. We were never rude. Hopefully you get better help.
