Pizza came and it looked terrible the cheese was all slid to one side and the customer service was god awful. No refund didn’t send another pizza and said it was my fault for asking for extra cheese and that if it’s a delivery then it is expected to show up in a disastrous state. Service: Delivery

I ordered an Italian grinder online with everything hot and the sauce on the side. My delivery arrived on time, and the driver left it at my door, which wasn't a problem. However, when I opened my sandwich, I found it drenched in oil and vinegar—completely soggy. I called the restaurant to address the issue and was met with rudeness from a gentleman I believe to be the owner. He suggested I should phrase my concerns differently. After that interaction, I lost my appetite and won’t be returning for more orders.
