Burger King - Melrose

I pulled into the parking lot at 915pm and the lobby was locked...it said it don't close until 10pm...so what the hell is the lobby closed for if they are supposed to be open until 10pm...what a

Had the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was not crispy at all, like it was made earlier in the day. The rest of the meal was good.

This is one of the cleanest Burger King's I've been in!

They close the building whenever they want. And the only option is drive thru. I drive semi truck so it wasn’t an option

Didn’t get my order correct and charged extra for cheese when then sandwich should have had it on already. Greasier than any food I’ve had. Threw most of it away and they were oblivious about it. I mentioned it, but they didn’t seem to care. Onion rings were mush.
